Author Robert Quinn: The Battle of Dak-To

Vietnam veteran Robert Quinn tells the story of Dak-To, a massive, pivotal battle that raged for 33 days.  Copies of his book THE BATTLE OF DAK-TO: STEADFAST AND LOYAL will be available for sales and autographing. The program is free and no reservations are needed. 

Robert Quinn enlisted at age 16 and served 24 years in the United States Army, including three tours in Vietnam with the Special Forces "A" Team, the 4th Infantry Division, and Team 36 in Pleiku Province. He lives in Brunswick County. 

This program is part of a series on the Vietnam War, inspired by the new documentary The Vietnam War, and is supported by a grant from the American Library Association, PBS, and WETA in Washington DC.
