Zumba at the Library!
Zumba combines Latin and International dance music with a fun and effective workout. This total workout combines all areas of fitness training - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Come dance off the pounds with us.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle!
