ARCs for Teens: Book Review Opportunity!

ARCs for Teens: Book Review Opportunity!

Want to Read Books Before They’re Published and Flex Your Writing Skills?

We're looking for teen readers to review ARCs - Advance Reader Copies - of select upcoming middle grade and young adult books before they hit the shelves. As a reviewer, you'll get a free copy of the book to keep in exchange for your honest review!

Even cooler? Your review will be submitted to School Library Journal - a national publication used by readers, librarians, teachers to discover new books - and published in our monthly NHCPL Teen Book Reviews newsletter!

These ARCs are one-of-a-kind (literally - we only have one copy of each), so it’s first come, first served! If one catches your eye, fill out this form to claim your copy.

If you're the first to claim a title, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details on how and when to pick up your book. Please only request a book if you're totally in for writing a review, so everyone excited to participate gets a fair shot at this awesome opportunity!

Click here for more information on the books available.

Review Requirements:

Your review should be at least 8 sentences long and focused on your thoughts about the book. Keep plot summary short - no more than two sentences. Instead, tell us what you liked or didn’t like. Was the writing style fun or hard to get into? Did the characters feel real? Did it remind you of any books, shows, or movies you already love? Be honest, be specific, and most of all - have fun sharing your opinions!

Opportunity available to teens aged 12-18, as long as supplies last!
