Combating Caregiver Stress In-Person

Caregiver stress is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion resulting from the demanding, long-term care of a loved one. It often leads to burnout, characterized by feelings of being overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, and physical illness. Key management strategies include accepting support, setting limits, and prioritizing self-care. We will cover signs of burnout, psychical & mental impact, prevention strategies.
