Alzheimer's & Dementia Caregivers Support Group In-Person

This program is offered in partnership with the Cape Fear Area Agency on Aging to provide resources for caregivers.

"This group is for those caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.  We share resources, ideas, successes and frustrations in a caring, safe environment.  We have guest speakers who share resources/services that are beneficial to caregivers."
