READ TO A DOG @ Northeast Library

Children 5 years old and up can practice reading aloud to a certified listening therapy team from Canines for Service.  Improve your reading skills and confidence in a comfortable and fun environment with a trained reading therapy dog and their human companion.   Appointments are made for 15-minute lengths of time. 

Pre-registration is required.  Register on the Read to a Dog Calendar or call 910-798-6373.

Reading will take place in the Children's Room near the paperback section. Be sure to check in at the Children's desk when you arrive!
