Looking for tech help? Stop by the Digital Help Desk, a free drop-in program where our knowledgeable library staff provide one-on-one tech tutoring! Whether you need assistance with library resources, software, or your personal devices, we’re here to help.
How it Works:
- No registration required – simply drop in!
- Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Sessions are limited to 20 minutes per person to ensure we can help as many patrons as possible.
We Can Help With:
- Downloading eBooks, eAudiobooks, or accessing other online library resources.
- Navigating the library website, catalog, or research and learning tools.
- Using software like Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
- Troubleshooting or learning how to use your devices, including eReaders, tablets, and smartphones.
- Addressing other general computer or technology-related questions.
We Cannot Help With:
- Job searches, applications, or résumé assistance.
- Detailed hardware or software troubleshooting.
- Typing or proofreading documents.
- Entering sensitive personal information (e.g., credit card or account details).
