Introduction to Composting @ Northeast In-Person
Get ready for summer gardening with this presentation by Sara Dousham from the NHC Recycling and Solid Waste department. Learn how to properly divert household food waste from the trash to produce compost! We will discuss different methods of composting, how composting positively impacts our waste stream, and how applying compost in the garden improves soil health.
