Drop by the Digital Help Desk —a free, drop-in program offering one-on-one tech support from our knowledgeable library staff. Whether you’re troubleshooting a device, learning new software, or exploring library resources, we’re here to help.

Tuesdays | 2:00–4:00 PM

How it Works:

  • No registration required – simply drop in!
  • Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Sessions are limited to 20 minutes per person to ensure we can help as many patrons as possible.

We Can Help With:

  • Downloading eBooks, eAudiobooks, or accessing other online library resources.
  • Navigating the library website, catalog, or research and learning tools.
  • Using software like Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
  • Troubleshooting or learning how to use your devices, including eReaders, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Addressing other general computer or technology-related questions.

We Cannot Help With:

  • Job searches, applications, or résumé assistance.
  • Detailed hardware or software troubleshooting.
  • Typing or proofreading documents.
  • Entering sensitive personal information (e.g., credit card or account details).
