Early Learning with Smart Start @ Main Library In-Person
Families with children ages 0–5 are invited to participate in Early Learning with Smart Start of New Hanover County. Drop in between 10:30–11:30 AM to enjoy crafts and free play using engaging materials from Smart Start’s Early Learning Resource Center, including age-appropriate toys, books, and themed kits with hands-on learning activities.
