Gentle Yoga for Every Body In-Person

Join us for a welcoming and inclusive gentle yoga class designed for individuals of all abilities, including those who benefit from a more supportive and accessible environment. This program is open to all and encourages participants to move at their own comfort level.

Participants will be guided through simple stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that can help improve flexibility, balance, and overall physical comfort. Yoga can also support mental well-being by reducing stress, promoting calm, and encouraging mindfulness.

No prior experience is needed. All are welcome to move, stretch, and relax in a supportive and inclusive space.

Registration encouraged but not required.
