Mindfulness Monday @ Pine Valley Library In-Person
The benefits of Mindfulness Meditation include strength, balance, and the ability to respond rather than react.
This Monday the Principle will be Cultivating Presence for Busy People. The Practice, or exercise, Meditation and Breathing for Busy People.
Even if just once in a while, it's important to stop and pause everything, until you calm your thoughts and center yourself, and then restart.
Guided by a licensed bodywork therapist, take a pause, bring your awareness into the present moment, and help start your week with greater clarity and focus.
