Furoshiki Workshop @ Northchase Library In-Person
Have you heard of furoshiki? Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth that can be used in many different ways. With just one piece of cloth, you can make a bag, wrap a gift, carry everyday items, or even use it as a scarf or tablecloth. It's simple, versatile, and eco-friendly. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn practical furoshiki wrapping techniques while discovering the Japanese culture and philosophy of wrapping with care and respect.
Registration is required. It is encouraged to bring small items such as boxes or bottles that you would like to practice wrapping with.
