Each survey you complete is a virtual raffle ticket for a trio of "Diary of a Worm" puppets.

You are welcome to read LOTS of books and fill out the survey many times to increase your chances of winning.

Winner will be notified the first week of April.

 

*Children are welcome to read by themselves or have the books read to them.
